I grew up in an average middle-class family where the standard playbook was simple: get good grades, secure a job, build a family, and focus on your career. There was nothing wrong with that life, but at a certain point, I knew there had to be something more.

That realization sparked a journey of intense research. Books like Rich Dad, Poor Dad opened my eyes, and taking up photography gave me a keen eye for detail and visual perspective. I started looking toward real estate as the ultimate path out of the standard “job mentality.”

I consulted with anyone who would share their wisdom—including a humble, disabled man with no regular income whose simple insights deeply enlightened me. I did the research myself back when public access to property listings didn’t exist, found my first home on my own, toured it without a realtor, and made the offer. That single decision transformed my financial future.

Having experienced firsthand how real estate builds true wealth, I vowed to help others achieve the same independence. That is the sole reason I became a Realtor.
