‘My Story … is your story

(short version)

Over a decade ago – I came across a wealthy entrepreneur and asked him how he made it?

He said – when he was young, he put all his money in real estate. 20 Years later – he retired rich.

My family always been a average middle-class family.  We always did jobs and we always taught,

get good grades, get a job, make a family and work on your career. That’s a good life – there is nothing wrong with that. But at some point you think – There has to be something more.

As your progress through your thoughts, you research. I read the book RICH DAY, POOR DAY.

That was an eye opener. I took up photography as a new hobby. I start looking towards real-estate as a means to get out of the “job mentality”.

I consulted as many people as I could. I took as many advices … and I remember asking this disabled man who has no income how to get financial independent? You will be surprised how some simple words from a humble source can enlighten you.

I took my time – searched and researched. Decided I want to own a home. I found it myself (there was no access to property listings back then). View it myself without a realtor (big thing back then). Made an offer – a realtor signed it and I owned it. Since then I have invested in many things – but nothing has been as successful as my older properties that give me tens of thousands of dollars of pocket money every year IN CASH!

After that I vowed to help as many people as I can.  That is the sole reason – I became a Realtor.

Times have certainly changed, but I created a set of principles that stays the the same regardless what is happening outside.

Principle 1: Don’t buy until you are ready!
