Supply is still dropping. Less buyers and less sellers in market. Sellers are choosing to terminate / suspend rather than selling 3 month old prices.
Seller have lot of options to HODL the house. They can re-finance , or rent it out, etc. Buyers have to get in at some point. Old age truths still hold true:
