We are above 11,500 total homes in GTA for first time this year.
This happened before 3rd wave effects. Hence, inventory is on the rise. Even on long-weekend the buyers couldn’t make a big dent down.
Its a clear indication of repeat of 2017
Toronto Condos have seems to bottom – but we still have lot of opportunities as good as they get.

Peel has been effected the least. Less people selling? or more people buying?
